My name is Gian Carlo Ferrari. I am from Modena, Italy. For several years I have been traveling to Bulgaria for both work and pleasure.
Bulgaria has fewer historical sights of great interest, compared to other parts of Europe, but the few that Bulgaria does have to offer are truly outstanding for their originality and are worth the visit. These sights can easily be reached on a day excursion from Sofia, which allows the group the comfort of not having to change hotels each night. Besides this in Bulgaria you are surrounded by a landscape of pristine beauty.
Our offers are designed for small groups of 4 to 7 people with the ideal number being 6, as well as for couples (2) or small families (2+1).
The quaint bed and breakfast “Casa Ferrari” offers 3 rooms, which can be totally or in part reserved for these private groups making your stay that much more special and unique.
Meals are not included in the package price with the exception of delicious breakfasts served daily which exemplifies the typical local delicacies of banitza (a Bulgarian pastry), sheep yogurt and homemade mountain honey). Lunches and dinners can be decided upon according to the tastes and needs of the group. The average lunch or dinner is about 10 Euros. Local cuisine-meat, vegetable, wine and beer-are excellent.
The group will travel on an air-conditioned minibus (which seats up to 9 people) which includes a local driver. The transportation service via the minibus includes the cost of fuel and insurance for the passengers. Also provided is a tour guide who speaks English. For couples and families is available a regular car with driver.
The most convenient way to reach Sofia is by airplane. The cost of the flight is not included in the package price. Clients must purchase their airline tickets separately via the Internet. Please contact us for suggestions about the best low price carrier. Plus this will help us customize your trip to fit with your flight schedule.
